My name is Elise Cohen. I am an Intuitive Energy Healer, Tarot Master and Transformative Life Coach.

I work extensively with individuals who have been impacted by the behaviors of a narcissist, as well as those who have experienced trauma, have inherited repeating patterns that keep them stuck, feel unworthy, have anxiety and more. I use a holistic and spiritual approach to release all negative energies related to narcissism, as well as other negative patterns. I offer transformative guidance so your soul can recover and heal and you can regain your self-worth and move forward with the life you deserve.

 

I'm also a survivor. I survived life with a high range narcissistic mother who was emotionally and verbally abusive, and a father who was her enabler.  I was diagnosed with PTSD at the ripe old age of 62, and, at that time, I went into intensive therapy and spiritual energy healing for panic attacks and anxiety.

This kind of abuse, and it is abuse, is classified as emotional abuse.  Far more people have been the target of a narcissist than any of us can imagine.  And, it is rarely spoken about.  Like with other forms of abuse, there is the fear that no one will believe you.  In my case I locked away most of my painful memories until I started to experience triggers that caused the "flood gates" to start opening.  The result--panic attacks while I was driving, and anxiety so extreme that I couldn't catch my breath, even while I was asleep.

I always believed I was put on this earth for a reason-to fix something, or to help people in some way heal from what is tormenting them. As I was going through my own healing process, it became apparent to me that my purpose in life was to tell my story, because my story is your story.  I became  acutely aware of my spiritual gifts and heightened intuition, and knew, beyond a shadow of a doubt, that my life's purpose was to offer healing to anyone who could not move forward with their life because of the impact of the

toxicity of a narcissist.
